Maintenance Trolleys

The basic principle of a maintenance trolley is the ability to be mobile for use within workshops and be flexible for the storage of tools and small parts. With this in mind, the range of maintenance trolleys available varies from a basic cupboard trolley with an internal shelf to a split trolley fitted with a cupboard and drawers. The standard maintenance / workshop trolleys are manufactured from a steel tubular and angle section frame with a steel panelled shell welded together to form a robust product with a high load capacity. Each maintenance trolley is fitted with four castors in a two fixed and two swivel castors with brakes formation and is moved easily with two large operators push / pull handles at one end of the trolley.

All maintenance trolleys are fitted with a beech multiplex worktop allowing for light duty bench work to be completed without leaving the current task area. The basic trolley has a double cupboard for the storage of medium to large items, with the remainder of the trolley range having a half width cupboard and drawers to the remaining half. All trolleys have a range of different depth drawers each fitted with trigger locks and operating handles for ease of use. The drawers are supplied empty as standard but have the option for a wide range of drawer inserts to be fitted to allow the efficient storage of tools.
